1. See our 2010-2011 Guidelines to familiarize yourself with our

2. Complete the Entry Form.

3. Release forms:

    a. For visual art, complete and sign the Visual Art Release form.

    b. For literary work, complete and sign the Literary Release Form.

    Note:  Release forms must display a handwritten signature; electronic versions will
    not be accepted.
